So I missed almost the whole game today but finally got home for the bottom of the 9th. Up 5-1 it should have been a yawner, but Valverde decided to make it interesting. Damn near gave me a heart attack. But the good guys won, split the series in NY, now it's time to win 2 in Detroit!

Man, we won, but never did I feel comfortable watching this game. New Yankee Stadium is so easy to hit a homer in. Loved seeing Mr. Excitement end it! Glad we are advancing. Is it bad sayng I wish we could get Robinson Cano on our team next year? He is one bad mofo!
Go Tigers! Let's get the Rangers next! ;D

The game made me nervous for sure, especially during the end when the yanks had the bases loaded near the end.
I hope young recovers from his injury. It could be a factor in this next vs. the Rangers. Let hope for a quick recovery.
