My buddy I was fishing with last nite put $50 on a parlay...he took Baltimore and New York. Both had to win and he collects a cool $325. We were listening to the game on the radio and walleye fishing. 2:00 left in the game, the vex's light up at the bottom, his pole gets hit, he gets a 22"-24" walleye right to the hole and loses it to his transducer. 2 seconds later Lee Evans drops the ball, 2 seconds later Cundiff chokes, 2 seconds later my buddy was on suicide watch. ;D Sucks cause he was gonna buy bait for the week

Great story. Tell your buddy this little trick I do. Wrap the transducer wire around the knob on the side of the vex (the knobs that hold the flasher screen in the bracket) and when you get a fish, reach down with the hook end of the ice scooper and grab that cord and yank it out of the hole. Losing fish to transducer cord is laziness and this allows you to remove the transducer while still being lazy. ;D

Good trick. What i didnt understand is why his transducer wasnt in the separate hole that he drilled for it...

I just realized I had one of the teams right in my prediction.
