As you can see from my signature line, Photobucket has had a complete meltdown and now thinks I should pay them $400 per year to link photos from my account. They obviously don't know me very well. I'll bet the extortion works on some of their customers though, those that don't have their photos backed up elsewhere.

The guys on my tractor forum are bitching about it too. I'm sure Photobucket will catch up with you at some point.

Do you pay them anything? Apparently if you pay for the ad-free version you're still ok. I fixed my signature line using an image from Foto Time - another free photo hosting site. So far so good on that site.

can you link pics from phones/computer pics right to this site,so I don't have to use sites like photobucket? because if it becomes a hassle I wont be able to post photos anymore.im not a computer genius by any means.lol.photo bucket been slow as hell for quite a few years and I'm not paying anything so I can share pics with the 2 of you.hahaha jk.i will send pics direct to your phones.

Well I am offended that you wouldn't spend big money to share photos with all both of us.  There is no way that I know of to post a photo here directly from a phone but I'll research that some. I was always under the impression you have to have the photos saved to a photo sharing site. The only exception would be if proboards had their own photo memory area like MS has.....I think. Or maybe that was IS ....can't remember for sure.

copy and paste the bbc code img link or whatever its called, which says for message boards and forums.just like photobucket but faster.do you see a pic or code?i see my pic but who knows I'm computer dumb.lol...basically another photobucket with copy and paste.

I like the sounds of that. yeah it a lot faster and free for now..im just getting prepared for photobucket to want money from me to share photos.but I read on IS that imgur has a few strict rules about sharing photos to other sites or something around those lines.i will use it till I find another photo storing site.i don't store that many, fish pics but I haven't been taking many pics lately anyways. |

You were right, that was easy. I read through some of Imgur's usage rules and didn't see any limits on image sharing.
