Looks good. I think we'll be doing kabobs in a week or so. I did NY strips latnight with asparagus and new potatoes from the farmers market and it was great. I may have a little something up my sleeve in the next couple days

Memorial day feast. Steaks: sirloins, delmonico, and fillet's. Barbque baby back ribs, scallops. Summer squash, potatoes, and onions in one foil pack, the other is stuffed portabellos.

Looks delicious!! My dad did some baby back ribs in his Bam-b-que smoker on saturday!! They were amazing!!

Had a nice little cookout over the weekend. Wifes little brother graduated high school so we had a few family members over for food and swimming. Did a few racks of baby backs, dry rubbed them first then finished them off with a little home made sauce, also did a couple dozen homemade brats I made a few weeks ago.
