Got a grill and got it all assembled and grilled me a burger. Tasted damn good too!
Looks like I have my work cut out for me to compete with Troy here. ;D

they don't allow charcoal grills on the balconies here at the glens so propane. Oh well, it's still grilling.

Man that grill looks too darn new! Looks good though. I just realized that one of my kiddies turned the power off on the fridge/freezer and it was a total loss, everything thawed and was pitched. Good thing most of my stuff is in the chest freezer. Did lose a bag of pannies, some smelt, a rabbit, and a bit of venison. Zero walleye loss though. ;D

That sucks. I'm working on getting that grill broken in. Did a couple burgers, ears of corn and asparagus tonight. It's on the smaller size so it would fit on the balcony, but with it being smaller I can only run one burner instead of both. I have a thermometer in there and it's impossible to keep the temp under 450-475 with both burners on the lowest they go without going out. Totally relearning grilling techniques, but it's worked out nicely so far. We need to get some salmon soon....... Insert whistling smiley here.

Burgers, corn, and asparagus My own marinade then BBQ'd Chicken with baked potato (forgot to take a pic on the grill) Steak and corn. I didn't buy the tiny steaks but I did buy the tiny corn Couldn't find any larger)

Ribs in beer! Had to prop the grill lid open with a spachula to keep the temp down around 275. Start out with 2 beers in the dish and had to add another. Total cooking time a little under 3 hours. Put the BBQ sauce on for the laast 20 minutes. I used boneless ribs and they were so tender and tasted GREAT! I will be doing this over the fire at the campground next weekend. Add foil over the dish with the beans and water and you have steamed green beans.

Honey glaze and then a little bbq on the chicken Over the fire at the campground, 2 boneless ribs, 1 chicken breast, 1 pork chop, and potatoes and onions in the aluminum foil. The smoke taste was great!
