Cooked a couple of pork roasts today to make some pulled pork. Also threw a fatty on the grill which is just a rolled out pack of pork sausage that is stuffed with whatever you want and rolled back up. I put pepperoni, cheese and pizza sauce in mine. It was damn good. Pulled pork turn out awesome as well. Attachments:

Not to hijack another man's thread, but does anyone else use venison neck roasts for pulled bbq? I slow cook two neck roasts for about 8 hours, let the meat cool some, (if done right, itll basically fall off the bones), add your favorite bbq sauce and enjoy! LOL, took a bunch of this down to a Lions game a few years ago, bunch of people tailgating around us tried it (without knowing it was venison) and loved it!

Never tried it, but may have to. I do try and have a hindquarter smoked every year. Better than Ham, usually make it for X-mas dinner at our house.

fishonjr, my step dad takes the neck after its cleaned up and throws it in the crock pot till it falls off the bone and then adds bbq..... stuff is delish
