10 0f us got together yesturday for a littler chow down.....Smoked venison hind quarter wrapped in double smoked bacon,morels,2 kinds of cole slaw,2 kinds of taters,corn bread and desert.....don't get any better eyyy Woodeye?

It was absolutely amazing!!! Check out the Emeril Bam-B-Q smoker and you need to know nothing else! Cooks things perfectly! Great to spend time with everyone for sure booger.

Looks great! Never have smoked a hind quarter. How is it? Any cooking tips? I did'nt do the cooking Todd.Very tender though and and the smoke flavor was all through the meat......very tastey for sure.

It definitely sounds good. I may give it a try. I have smoked plenty of other things and this shouldnt be much different. Just need a deer so I can get a hind quarter.
