Neither one of us especially like tomatoes, but we grow the Romas because they're better for salsa...
2 plants is plenty for our needs.

I agree I grow alot of Romas for salsa and canning. But for just eating fresh Romas are not the way to go. Too firm and not juicy which makes them perfect for canning and Salsa. I can never remember the name of the ones I grow. I'll dig out the seeds I saved from last year and see what they are. i always look forward to that first fresh tomatoe and mayo sandwich of the year.

I grow romas for salsa and stuff and a type of slicer usually. Also been doing grape tomatoes, the wife and the boy love them things.

I plan on growing a couple of romas for salsa, and probably a small tomoato variety, but I'm looking for a big slicer that has the best flavor you've tasted.

well for your small tomatoe i suggest the pear shaped yelloe ones they are friggin delish

I've only ever had one small yellow tomato and didn't like it, too bitter.

see the pear shaped ones took alot longer you almost had to wait till they were orange
