Anyone planning on hunting the zone 2 split this weekend? I may be up either by Traverse city chasing divers or take a chance on some private land i have never hunted but is known for being "virgin water with tons of ducks" As my uncle Scott claims.

Not I. But have 2 promising hunts with birds hitting both lined up for the southern zone late season.

Dam im up early. lol Took a vaction day to chase some walleye on muskegon lake with a buddy. The southern zone should be crazy with this weather. Lots of birds just about everywhere and its going to be a a bang! Sag bay, the grand river, the kzoo, private lk in portage, private lake in greenville, and a couple fields in sparta holding ducks. Should all make for some great jerky durning the ice season!

1 for 2. One took a glow firetiger x rap in 18fow and that was a 20" male and the other was only on for a quick hit. Last hit was in 12 fow on a dark purple and silver rattelen rouge.
